Believe it or not, failed intranets are more common than ever, and one of the biggest mistakes companies make is focusing too much on the technology of a specific platform. Luckily, this is easily surmountable.

How? By paying more attention to the long-term strategy of building an entire workplace that is truly digital.

Let’s face it: the new reality is that the physical workplace is being replaced because employees want to work in the same way they live. When done properly, digital workplaces can not only help internal communicators reach and engage employees, but companies may see huge gains in productivity, cost optimization, and, ultimately, corporate goal attainment.
